Role: Marty is responsible for all aspects of our business … with a particular focus on financial management.

Background: Marty has extensive leadership background with an emphasis in technical leadership. Earlier in his career, he served in the manufacturing sector managing application analysts. Marty then moved to a corporate leadership role in the Automotive Aftermarket before assuming complete Application Development responsibilities for a major Marketing Services organization.

In 1990, Marty was the catalyst for forming Innovative Computer Services. His corporate and technical leadership experience has been a driving force in creating the organization that you see today.


Ken Orr

Role: Ken is responsible for day-to-day operations of Data Processing, Computer Operations and Mail Production.

Background: Ken has over 20 years of experience in the marketing and data processing industries. At Boris Systems and Beurmann Marshall, Ken was a computer programmer responsible for analysis and technical development. As one of the founders of ICS, Ken has served a key role in forming the process, production and data processing capabilities that has been the foundation for the organization. As a small business leader, Ken has had to multi-task in several areas ... including Account Management responsibilities with many of our long-standing customers. His leadership abilities and broad technical, mechanical and process understanding play a significant role in our ability to make things happen for our customers.

SVP, Sales and Marketing

Role: Kevin is responsible for the Sales and Marketing functions for ICS.

Background: Kevin has over 20 years of experience in key marketing, strategic and technology leadership roles for major agencies. Prior to joining ICS, Kevin served as VP, Managing Director for Visual Service's eSolutions Group and spent 10 years with Carlson Marketing Group serving senior roles in their Marketing and Technology Groups. Other Marketing Agency experience includes leadership positions with Darcy, Macius, Benton & Bowles, and R. L. Polk. Kevin has an MBA from the University of Michigan, with a focus in Operations Management.


Barry Carr

VP of Analytic and
Technology Management

Role: Barry manages all data, analytical and software development teams for ICS.

Background: Barry has over 25 years of practical experience in automotive direct marketing. His work background includes Beurmann Marshall and EDS. At EDS, he served as Systems Engineer, Market Analyst and Planning Specialist working on significant data warehousing, relationship marketing and customer loyalty initiatives for General Motors. Barry's education is specialized in organizational psychology, organizational economics and organizational communications. He earned an undergraduate degree in psychology, an MA in economics and has completed Ph.D. coursework in communications.

Director of Operations

Role: As Director of Operations, Ron is responsible for leading our support staff to effective communication, and delivery of products and services to both internal and external customers.

Background: Ron worked several years for a Troy-based promotional company as Operations Manager. Ron has over a decade of project management experience in the areas of software support and marketing support services. Ron's experience has enabled him to take ICS's Coordination Team to a new level in providing the necessary support for ICS's rapid growth.

Role: Jon is responsible for all Technical Infrastructure for ICS.

Background: Jon is one of the original founders of ICS. Prior to ICS, Jon was a Technical Leader at Beurmann Marshall … and has over 30 years of Data Processing Experience.


Jeff Wamhoff

VP of Sales

Role: Jeff is one of the original founders of ICS and helps to lead our Sales efforts.

Background: Jeff has been involved in marketing services for over 20 years. Areas of expertise include: Email list and deployment strategies, mailing lists and mail piece design, data enhancement and cleansing and overall project management. His data services background has been in Banking, Retail, Medical and Marketing Support Services.

Production Manager

Role: Denise is responsible for all Production activity and personnel at ICS.

Background: Denise has over a decade of Production Management experience with ICS. Working her way up through the ranks, Denise has evolved into a very strong leader ensuring all production activity is delivered on time and according to our quality standards.

Role: Catharine is responsible for Accounting and Human Resources for ICS.

Background: Catharine has been with ICS for 7 years. Through this period of growth for the company, she has helped us evolve our processes for our accounting systems and personnel issues.

Prior to ICS, Catharine was Senior Accountant for Owosso Schools.

Role: Jessica is responsible for all List Strategy and List Order Processing for the organization.

Background: Jessica started with ICS as a Project Coordinator for just over 2 years. During that time she took on some of our more complex projects, while demonstrating a work ethic and willingness to learn that has served us well. As a result, Jessica earned a promotion to List Department Manager where she will continue to grow and enjoy a long career with ICS Marketing Services.

Role: Steve represents ICS's managed list properties to the direct marketing industry channels.

Background: Steve has worked nearly 20 years as a list broker, helping companies to recommend, specify and select targeted lists for their direct and email marketing campaigns. He has broad industry experience in just about every industry segment including agencies, automotive, publishers, universities, financial institutions, non-profit, retail and more. Steve is a graduate of Michigan State University, with a BA in Advertising.

Technical Resource Manager

Role: As Technical Resource Manager, Jason is responsible for the quality and delivery of our technical services such as: Web Development, Email, Database Management and ICS internal technical support.

Background: Jason started with ICS as a Project Manager and helped to develop that role for 4 years. During that time, he grew to be a valuable part of our team. Now, as Technical Resource Manager, he applies his project management experience and knowledge of ICS to the management of our programming staff while assisting the entire ICS team with their projects, ensuring quality deliveries for our clients.

Marketing Manager

Role: Julie is responsible for ICS's corporate marketing functions and business development support.

Background: Julie provides marketing strategy insight, supports new business development and transitions projects from pre-sale into operations. She offers nearly 19 years of experience and earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Communications from the University of Michigan.
