The ICS Development Methodology
ICS follows an established development methodology for all the Web-based development
services. Just as you build a house, technical systems delivery requires significant
upfront planning to ensure that all relevant client expectations and deliverables
are uncovered. Expected capabilities and deliverables are then "architected" before
actual systems programming begins.

Our reiterative "Design-Test-Design Methods" allow for a rapid, participative
design process. This stage requires a significant amount of user input and decision
making. A client champion (committee) would review design stages (typically HTML
mock-ups) and suggest revisions. Then, in a rapid cycle, we make the revisions and
show it again.
The focus is work-flow and user interface functionality. It is a glove fitting process,
because we're working with the information work-flow.
